![]() Staff Organization: Our firm is horizontally organized into teams for specific project assignments. Depending on the project delivery method, scope and schedule, our staff are assigned on a part or full-time basis with larger projects having three to four staff members. We have a stable staff averaging 8 years service with our firm. Staff members that start a project remains through completion. We believe this is the best manner for consistency of client service while maintaining a high level of communication with all project stakeholders. Each staff member has a personal computer with wireless internet access, email and mobile phones which are data linked to our office’s computer system. Our firm is comprised of architects, engineers and construction managers performing project management, program management, construction inspection, budgeting, estimating and scheduling throughout the life of the project assignment.
